What is Healing Dance?

Healing Dance is a practice of meeting yourself and others through movement and touch.

We arrive, tune in, and begin to sense.
Through simple somatic movement, we connect with our body and with the present moment.

From there, we begin to meet:

ourselves

another person

and what is alive between us

We move together.
We touch and are touched.
We listen with the body.

There are no choreographies.
Movement is free, spontaneous, and created in the moment.

Through this, a dialogue unfolds—
not through words, but through sensing, contact, and movement.

Why this work matters

Healing Dance is joyful Repatterning

Many patterns in our lives are not only mental—they are lived in the body and in relationship.

Through touch and movement, we can experience these patterns directly.
And through mindful, respectful connection, they can begin to shift.

Working with a partner allows:

real contact

real feedback

real experience

This is where change becomes tangible.

You may discover:

how you relate

where you hold back

how you connect

how you can open

And you do this not alone—but together.

Participation with a Partner

This module is practiced in pairs.

In the on-site format, you may also work with different partners during the training.

In the online format, you will stay with your study partner throughout.
