Instead of struggle and entanglement, PME supports balance, alignment, and self-regulation, so that growth becomes light, natural, and effortless.

The practice begins with a simple yet profound shift: learning to sense your body from within. This first-person awareness forms the foundation of movement and touch, which are explored not as techniques to be applied, but as ways of asking gentle questions. The body itself responds with the answers, revealing its own wisdom and guiding the process.

PME is client-centered and process-oriented, built on the trust that every body already carries the knowledge it needs to heal and develop. Rather than imposing solutions from the outside, PME creates the conditions in which your system can access its resources, sense the present moment, and open toward new possibilities.

Four central aspects give PME its unique character.

  • The quality of perception is shaped by helpful and healing mind-factors drawn from Buddhist psychology, inviting mindfulness, compassion and trust into the process. 
  • The PME Somatic Dialogue begins with asking the body a question through mindful and compassionate attention, as well as movement, and touch. By listening to its response, we support the body’s own wisdom and capacity for healing and let transformation unfold.
  •  Self-organisation is encouraged, allowing regulation and helpful and healing development to emerge openly from within and without predetermined outcomes. 
  • Finally, reflection and verbal sharing help to integrate what has been experienced, making it part of your conscious understanding.
